EMBODIED BEING offers yoga practices created to support embodiment. These practices are facilitated through a trauma-informed approach and may be of interest to those seeking to explore their relationship with their body through physical movement, somatic awareness and embodied attention.
What this means in practice?
Participants are invited to explore movements which are optional.
Participants are encouraged to make choices around how they engage with their body.
No hands-on physical assists from the facilitator.
The use of props is optional.
Participants must be over 18 years of age.
EMBODIED BEING practices are not intended as or a substitute for trauma therapy.
Before participating in EMBODIED BEING yoga practices participants are encouraged to consider their current health and wellbeing and seek guidance from a relevant health professional to explore the appropriateness of engaging in a yoga practice based on their individual needs.

Bookings & Payments
Due to limited spaces available, all practices must be pre-booked through the website.
Practices can be booked up to 1 hour before they begin.
Bookings are non-refundable.
No specific equipment or clothing is required.
Yoga mats for the practice are provided.
No previous yoga experience is necessary.
