Liability Waiver

In order to participate in EMBODIED BEING yoga practices, I agree to the following:

1. The contact details and personal data I provide can be stored securely by EMBODIED BEING and used for the purposes of my participating in, and receiving instruction and information on and related to, the yoga practices offered by EMBODIED BEING. I understand my data will not be shared with unrelated third parties and will never be sold.

2. I recognise that yoga practice may require physical exertion, which can be strenuous, and has the potential to cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

3. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no health condition which would prevent my full participation in these yoga practices.

4. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a medical professional prior to and regarding my participation in the yoga practices, offered by and through EMBODIED BEING to ascertain that it is safe and appropriate to undertake such practice.

5. In addition, I further, undertake to advise the facilitator in advance of any session if there is any relevant health issue which might affect my ability to fully participate in yoga practice.

6. I understand that there is a particular need to take care and seek appropriate medical advice in relation to the safe practice of yoga if I am, or may be, pregnant and that certain aspects of yoga practice could harm my baby in utero. I agree to the facilitator signposting me to bespoke pregnancy yoga practices, if appropriate.

7. A condition of my participation in the yoga practices offered by EMBODIED BEING, is that I assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries incurred as a result of my participation.

8. I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against the facilitator or substitute facilitator for injury. loss or damage that I may sustain as a result of participating in these practices.

9. I hereby take full and sole responsibility for any liability for loss or damage to personal property associated with these yoga practices.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above. By booking any EMBODIED BEING yoga practice, I hereby agree to the terms and conditions above.
